EZWrite: Efficient Meetings Only a Tap Away

Pre-installed on the RP653, the EZWrite annotation app can do more than just take notes. With comprehensive tools for cooperation and presentation, EZWrite is designed to further stimulate group discussions and achieve interactive meetings simply through the help of the RP653.

Access Diverse Files on the Fly

EZWrite can directly open a wide range of documents such as MS Office files and images, providing employees with a convenient way of making annotation. This functionality allows employees to conduct smooth, productive meetings without connecting a computer to the display.

Tap and Create

Employees can make notes with a variety of colored pens, highlighters, and backgrounds. To create notes, either tap the EZWrite app and select tools, or simply tap the NFCPen on the RP653’s NFC sensor to launch the app and start writing.

Floating Toolbar

Compatible with any input source or Android™ application, the floating on-screen menu allows employees to access frequently used tools like pen color selection and screen shot, so meetings can flow smoothly.

Data to Go

When the meeting is over, employees can save all progress as images for sharing and review by scanning a QR code with their mobile devices. The QR code will only remain available for 30 minutes, helping reduce the risk of information leakage.

Cooperation Tools

EZWrite’s dynamic Cooperation Tools such as Timer, Buzzer, Team Post and Score Board empower leaders to create group meetings and trainings that are rich, vibrant and fun.

NFCPen: A Smart Annotation Tool Mightier Than Fingers

NFCPen is a lightweight, NFC-enabled stylus specially designed to make annotating with EZWrite quick and simple. NFCPen offers the tactile feel of a real pen and spares fingers the fatigue caused by long sessions of writing on the screen.

To create notes on the screen, just tap the NFCPen on the RP653 to activate EZWrite and start writing. The NFCPen comes with a double color tip. Every purchase of a BenQ interactive flat panel comes with two NFCPens, for a total of four colors: red, green, blue, and black.

NFCPen requires nearly no maintenance cost. Using NFC technology, NFCPen is battery-free and doesn’t need to be paired with an interactive flat panel. Made of reliable materials, NFCPen is water-proof and built to withstand long-term use.

The RP653’s multi-touch supports up to 20 points, meaning more participants can join the discussion. This provides superb efficiency for team projects and brainstorming sessions.
