Why the display ID which export from MDA cannot import to the DMS?
When importing the device to EasySetting, it requires to confirm the MAC address of the device.
That means the unit has to use the RJ45 cable to connect to the internet in order to have the correct MAC address.
If the unit is using WiFi connection, it will not be able to import.
Make sure to use WLAN connection when importing the display ID.
