The QCast Mirror HDMI Wireless Dongle (QP20) is unable to mirror if the PC is running on Intel Gen 4 or higher platform. How can the problem be resolved?
We are sorry that this is a known compatibility issue between the Miracast and Intel Gen 4 or higher platform. The Miracast is discontinued and has been replaced by Chromecast.
