How to check if the problem is caused by other non Benq APP installed thru EasySetting?
Confirm if the user had installed any non-BenQ preloaded APPs?<br>
1) If yes, please reset to default under Android first.
a. If problem is not solved, refresh the FW and check the result.<br>
b. If the problem is not solved, it may be caused by the unit itself, not the APP or Android system.<br>
c. Kindly disassemble the unit and check the defected parts.<br>
2) If not, please proceed the normal troubleshooting.
